About the event
The monthly drum journeying circle is a guided, communal space to reconnect with yourself through rhythm and a style of active meditation.
Using the drum, you’re gently guided into a relaxed, altered state of awareness — similar to daydreaming — where the nervous system can settle and the unconscious has room to speak.
Each circle includes:
an opening and group intro
multiple guided drum journeys
tea break
